who.
Warrick Plymin
Director
I have been fortunate to have worked on some incredible local and international projects with amazing teams over my career, including data centres, stadiums, civic infrastructure and educational facilities. I enjoy working with Design, Client and Contractor teams to achieve an aspiration or an idea that may simply start with some scratchings on butter paper. I enjoy providing technical advice that balances holistic contraints, risks and opportunites.
When it comes to problem solving and finding solutions, I encourage my team to take a big picture approach and understand the ‘why’ as the first step in the design process. As a structural engineer, I recognise that real value is driven by integrated design across Architecture and Engineering and teamwork is the key ingredient to success.
